This live walkthrough is the required starting point for projects without a finalized floor plan.

The Floor Plan Walkthrough & Edit is a live, working session focused entirely on planning and layout clarity.

During the session, we trace your existing plan, walk the space together in 3D, and make edits in real time so you can understand how the space will actually function and feel.

This is not a presentation. It’s an active working session.

An important note about feasibility

This walkthrough focuses on function, flow, and spatial planning only.

MV Design does not provide architectural, structural, or construction services. Any layout concepts developed during this session must be reviewed and validated by your architect, contractor, or structural engineer to confirm feasibility and code compliance before moving into design.

Design work begins only after your build team confirms the layout can be executed as planned.

This step ensures design decisions are based on solutions that can actually be built.

This is a standalone planning service and is not applied toward design fees.

Before you book

To make this session productive, floor plans or verified dimensions must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled session.

This allows time to review your layout and prepare the 3D walkthrough.

If plans or dimensions are not received by this deadline, the session will be rescheduled.

What happens next

After the session:

• You’ll have a clear functional layout direction
• Any required changes will be identified for review with your architect or contractor
• Once the layout is validated, you may proceed into design and rendering

Completion of this session does not guarantee acceptance into design services.
