You'll start by submitting a quick project inquiry with your floor plan and project details. I'll review everything and send you a custom quote within one business day. Once booked, you'll complete a detailed design questionnaire and submit your plans, and we'll get started.

If you don't have formal architectural drawings, you'll need to scan your space using the Twindo app on an iPhone or iPad Pro. This creates an accurate 3D scan I can use to model your space. I'll walk you through the process — it's quick and straightforward. If your layout still needs to be worked through, that will be factored into your custom quote.
-
No. I am not an architect, contractor, or structural engineer. Any layout concepts explored during the design process are for functional and aesthetic planning purposes only. Your architect, contractor, or engineer must review and validate all layouts for feasibility and code compliance before construction begins.
-
From booking to final delivery, most projects take 3–4 weeks. Initial design takes 1–2 weeks depending on scope. After you review the design and submit feedback, we'll schedule a live revision session, followed by final delivery within 5 business days.
-
Yes. After receiving your initial design gallery, you'll have time to review and submit your feedback. I'll review your requests and let you know exactly what we'll cover in your one-hour live revision session — and what, if anything, would require a new design pass. During the session, I refine the design in real time on a live call so you can see changes happen on screen.
-
Absolutely. Design services are priced per room.
Many clients choose to design multiple spaces together to maintain continuity and momentum, especially when working on kitchens with adjacent areas like pantries, mudrooms, or dining spaces.
-
All communication takes place inside a private Client Portal.
This keeps everything organized and ensures that plans, feedback, and decisions are clearly documented in one place.
-
Yes, cabinet dimensions are included for planning and visualization purposes, with standard assumptions applied where appropriate.
Base cabinets are shown at a standard 36" height and 24" depth, with cabinet widths clearly denoted.
Wall cabinets are shown at a standard 12" depth, with cabinet widths and heights denoted.
Full-height cabinets include width, height, and depth dimensions.
Cabinet door styles, drawer faces, interior configurations, and construction details are not included, as these are determined by your cabinet maker or millworker during fabrication.
If needed, cabinet layouts can be exported as .DWG files at the end of the project to support coordination with your build team. All dimensions should be field-verified prior to fabrication or installation.

I focus on the architectural and material elements of a space, including layout, cabinetry, built-ins, tile, lighting, finishes, and fixtures.
I don’t source or style furniture, decor, or soft goods like rugs or drapery. My role is to help you visualize the structure and materials of your space before you build, so decisions are made with confidence.
-
Paint colors can be matched accurately when both the manufacturer and color name are provided.
For other elements like materials, lighting, furniture, and appliances, I work from extensive digital libraries and manufacturer references to create close visual matches. While renderings are highly realistic, they are representational and should not be considered exact replicas of real-world products.
-
You’ll receive a downloadable gallery of finalized images, plans, and elevations that can be shared with your builder, cabinet maker, or design team.
From there, your build team takes over construction documentation, permitting, and execution.
-
All fees are non-refundable once your design questionnaire is submitted and work begins. This is due to the custom nature of design services.
-
Projects begin the Monday after we receive your completed questionnaire and finalized architectural plans.
